So, what are the options?
If you like to keep tight control of what’s going in and out of your bank account then this is the option for you. Here you choose to pay for each regular Healthy Mouth Check, Periodontal Health Appointment or Treatment item as required. One year you may pay more than another, but you pay only for what you receive. What’s more, we’ll happily work with insurance providers such as Westfield and SimplyHealth(HSA) providing you with the receipts and claim forms you need to ensure quick and easy reimbursement.
If you like to know it’s all covered should your heel snap leading to an unfortunate fall, or that rogue cricket ball find your face and break a tooth, then this is the option for you. With our Denplan Care payment scheme, a flat monthly fee covers all your routine appointments and any additional treatment required. It’s comforting knowing that whatever the situation, you receive only the best care, and that it’s all already done and paid for. What’s more, international insurance ensures you receive emergency treatment for free when out of town, home and abroad. It’s a win win situation!

If you recognise the importance of your regular Healthy Mouth Checks, and have firmly grasped that prevention is much better, and in cases a lot less stressful than the cure, then this is the payment option for you. With our Denplan Essentials payment scheme, a lower flat monthly fee covers all your routine appointments but gives you control of paying for treatment costs as required with a generous discount available to our Essentials scheme subscribers. What’s more, international insurance ensures you receive emergency treatment for free when out of town, home and abroad. It’s the best of both worlds!
If a course of treatment is prescribed for you by your dentist, we will provide a written Treatment Plan showing the type of appointment that you need and the cost of each item of treatment.
If you are to pay privately for any item of treatment, our standard payment policy is that you pay for each item of treatment as it occurs. However, other options are available, especially in the case of higher fee treatment items such as Full Dentures, Crowns or Implants.
We accept cash, cheques and all major credit and debit cards, and we can take payment by credit or debit card over the telephone if necessary.
